Greetings City Officials,

As Sunset Celebration's pier manager and on behalf of our local and visiting patrons we request LEO's presence under Lt. Newby's supervision and training at every opportunity.  Mallory Square is a fitting site for LEO's regular crowd exposure and he in turn is an asset to our events.  Our foot patrol is doing a stellar job and this request is not meant to replace our current men and women in blue.
