Thank you Chief.  Because of the continual problem with quality of life - public nuisance issues at Overseas Market, Key Plaza and Searstown, I have stayed in contact with the property managers of each.  Whenever Tammy, Tara or I work the NewTown area on the horses, we make these shopping centers a priority for us to help them out with this problem.  We have issued numerous Trespass Warnings and made a number of arrests.

Market Shopping center

This is a note of appreciation for the actions of Lt. Alan Newby.  He is being most helpful in controlling the homeless population in the Overseas Market Shopping Center (sometimes known as the Winn-Dixie Center).  Thanks to his considerate guidance (for the homeless and for me), we are making real progress.

The tenants of the Overseas Market and I, as the onsite property manager greatly appreciate the efforts of Lt. Newby and the other officers who have gone out of their way to help us with this problem that can so quickly and easily get out of control.
