Dear Alan,

You spoke to my husband on Venetian Drive a few weeks back about the Key West Mounted Patrol Unit. You may recall he told you that we are residents from Ohio and watching a home for some friends on Venetian Drive.

We were unaware of, but happy to learn about your unit, especially since our kids were visiting us for several weeks, utilizing the parks and bike paths and such. Also, we appreciate the watch over the neighborhood as well. My husband wanted me to relay his thanks for the info you provided about your service. We just donated $25.00 to your unit this morning. We know its not much at the moment, but we spend a lot of time in Key West off and on so will certainly keep in mind donating in the future as well. We feel it’s a great service and PR vehicle for Key West.
