On Oct 18, 2006, the regularly scheduled Crime Watch meeting on Stock Island was followed by the special appearance at Bernstein Park of Lt Alan Newby KWPD Mounted Police and his horse LEO (Law Enforcement Officer).

After Lt Newby’s presentation of the KWPD equestrian unit and the services it supplies in Protecting Paradise, Lt Newby interviewed a number of potential future members of the Posse.
