contributions to the Police Athletic League over the past years, and
most recently to the Key West Police Department's Mounted Patrol.
Mr. Toppino provided fill material and equipment to create an
earthen ramp to the rear stall doors to allow the horses to come and
go to and from the turn-out area. Additionally, Mr. Toppino
replaced the steps to the building with a concrete ramp that will
allow physically challenged individuals and the horses to ingress
and egress the building safely. All of this was provided at no
